Tank the Turtle

Tank the turtle from Mikayla's school decided to tag along with us as we journeyed to a convention out of town. Here you can see Tank and Mikayla (he's kind of hard to see but he's there).

We had a good time but I think Tank had a good time too.

A little history on Tank. Mikayla's class has a pet turtle named (you guessed it) Tank. So her teacher came up with the idea for the kids to bring a stuffed Tank home for a weekend and do an assignment with him. So he came home in his special bag complete with journal and pencil for Mikayla to do her assignment. She was the first in her class to do it so we took pictures with tank, she wrote about their weekend and put some pictures in there too.

Hopefully Tank will have just as much fun with all of the other children! What a great time he'll have!
